The only person who causes you STRESS is you … that’s right … you just can not do that to yourself anymore.
This workshop on “Proactive Resolution in Stress Management” is designed to prevent resulting negative situations which may occur if stress is left unresolved, such as depression, time off work, destroyed relationships etc.
In the workplace, absenteeism due to stress is growing so quickly that we refer to this as ‘stress being the new back pain’! Whereas most time lost at work used to be with back pain, now it is through stress and stress related illnesses. Our workshop aims to prevent the incapacitating effects of uncontrolled stress which will mean a happier you, your family and your employer as days off through stress are reduced and productivity is increased!!
Positive and negative stress is a constant influence on all of our lives. The trick is to maximise the positive stress and to minimise the negative stress. This workshop will give participants a three-option method for addressing any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills of stress management techniques, including using routines, relaxation methods and a stress log system.
